Initial Call
Our coaching partnership begins in an Intensive.
It’s a focused look at how you show up in the world and the foundational work that creates a new way to grow. Our work together is personalized and custom to you.
Once your application is received, you’ll be contacted to schedule a call where together we determine if working together aligns for us. The nature of this work is intimate, personal and requires us both to bring ourselves fully throughout our partnership, for this reason I take on a limited number of clients and I don’t work with everyone who applies.
Intensive

That more is your personalized, full day Intensive. Once you book, the preparation begins. Prior to our time together we will get crystal clear on the outcome desired as a result of your committed participation, you complete an extensive intake form, read pre-assigned work, and we connect for an onboarding call.
I bring ALL of me to our work combining my entire, multifaceted life experience (education, intuition, training, work experience, deep knowings, ...) to create insights and guidance specific to you. You will leave our time together with promises fulfilled and a new, upgraded way to engage in your life and relationships. The Intensive experience remains with you forever, deepening over time.
We reconvene two weeks post Intensive for a coaching call and check-in.

For those ready to go deeper ...
After the Intensive, there is an opportunity to further immerse yourself in the work and create a rolling, 6-month devoted coaching partnership. This is my favorite way to be with clients! It is deeply personal, intimate, creates relational leadership, and is when you begin to fully integrate the results of our work together.
We meet bi-weekly via phone call and converse as needed between our scheduled times. Agreements and requested assignments are created after each call to focus your work during the in-between. They are based on the material you bring to each call. It’s where you bear witness to your own (r)evolutionary and life-altering growth real-time.
