The way you show up is your competitive advantage.
Hi! If you are here, you made it over from my Women Entrepreneurs Inc. Partnership piece in The Greenhouse.
You being here, probably means something in you is curious about the competitive advantage you can have, just by paying attention to the way you “show up.” I bet knowing that you are the key to your success, not a “hack,” a list of tips and tricks, or a continued pursuit of knowledge and skills, feels attractive, personal and powerful.
You can feel it’s depth! I am here for deeper and anyone wanting to go deeper … You are my people!
The next step to deeper is a personal conversation with me. A conversation that is all about you and they way you are showing up. I love being in a conversation about leadership; one that creates an “a-ha” moment. Those are the moments that we look back on and realize … that it was then, that life headed on a different trajectory that changed everything.
I invite you to schedule a conversation with me that will change your trajectory through the way you show up. The best part … You actually don’t need to learn anything new. To show up differently, what you need is access; a slight shift in they way you see a situation. The bonus … you end up getting way more than that.
Who you are
with the knowledge you already have
is the key to your success.
The structure of our conversation looks like this …
I have no answers.
I’m not going to tell you who you are or what you should do. I am going to listen … intently. I will ask a lot of questions. I don’t hold anything back. Then I will listen more and ask more, all with the intention you discovering something greater than you thought was originally there.
It starts small and situational.
We can talk about anything (I get that this might seem strange to you. I’m asking you to trust me on this). It can be that you want to make more money, have more time or have a difficult conversation with an important person in your life. It can be a professional situation or personal. Being clear that we are working on one situation is what matters here.
WE dig in & go deep.
This is the part that can feel messy. Awkward silences might occur. It requires trust. We have to get through and around the part of our brain that wants us fix things, that wants to be right, that is working to protect our sensitive soul. I’m talking about the part of us that isn’t okay with feeling uncomfortable.
We create space.
I know we will get to where we need to, but first we need to open up the space. I don’t want you to get so caught up in the words I saying that you overlook the space I am pointing to. We want to work on and in that space. We’ll know when are are there.
We look at possibility, then create action.
Once we are there, then we look the available options and pile more possibility on top of that. Then you pick the one that feel most aligned and we create action related to it. This action includes an agreement for you to fulfill and an intention for the way you will show up to it.
YOU Move forward grounded with clarity
If showing up had a voice it would sound like clarity. If showing up were a feeling it would feel like rooting your feet firmly into the ground being confident in what you stand for. Are you ready for it?
The next steps:
Pay
You fill out a pre call questionnaire that gets us really clear on what we will be working on together.
Schedule
Have a call
Follow-up via email or text.
It’s to dig into a particular situation, understand the context & who they are in it, then blow up it … see the bigness in it. Have an experience where they see that this is showing up everywhere for them.
and because I don’t like to leave anything open, we’ll be checking in via text or email because honoring & acknowledging the fulfillment of an agreement is as powerful , it not more powerful than the agreement itself.
Finally, THE small becomes to bigger & the impact greater.
In my world and work the lessons learned in one area of life are carried over into all the others. Our conversation may focus in on a particular situation or relationship, but it doesn’t just remain there. It’s so much bigger than that. We use the lesson to inform the way you show up in other areas of your life. The way you show up in one place bleeds into all the others.
